ほどよいタイミングで、チェックインなどのアナウンスメールがあったり、質問するとすぐに返事をいただけて、本当に助かりました。 万博・USJ・難波への電車でのアクセスもよく、おかげさまで、大阪旅行を楽しむことができました！

周りも静かで室内も広く快適でした。
1階から2階に登る階段の3段目辺りが抜けそうで危ない､2階のダイニングの窓にカーテンが有れば暑さも凌げると思いました。

部屋数が多いため大人数で泊まるのに良く、値段も良かった。
駐車場が狭く入らず、結局近くのコインパーキングに停めた。 掃除を綺麗にしてくれていましたが、建物自体が古いため、清潔感については不安がある箇所が多々ありました。（古いためか？ほこりっぽいにおいも気になった） 備え付けの洗剤やシャンプーは、中身が本当にラベルのものなのか、不安があった。電気がつかない箇所がいくつかあった（上手くつけることができていないだけかもしれないが）
