Fantastic location for our stay, was very clean throughout, had a pleasant stay with our family host responded to messages very quickly.
WiFi was non existent and with a TV that runs through streaming very awkward with the children of an evening had to hot-spot children's devices to my phone.
Booked a stay for 7 people only had 5 forks, 5 spoons and 3 knives.....
Only one frying pan and large casserole pan could benefit from a saucepan set and a new cutlery set.

The house was well presented and clean with welcome basket.
The only drawback we found was the Internet was quite poor with3 adults and 1 teenager in the house, also the TV relies completely on a streaming service so to watch anything was alittle annoying as it buffered quite alot. But Victor the host was very apologetic when I broached this to him.

The house was comfortable, very clean and spacious. The property exactly reflects the photos. We had a great stay. The road is very quiet and the neighbourhood feels friendly. Happy to choose this accomodation again next time we visit Durham.
We were happy with our stay 🙂

Superficially it looked clean- they had left water and crisps.
Was quiet grubby - walls and a lot of dust along skirting boards and pipes. Boards under carpet had bits poking up that you would stand on. Was in quite a run down area.
