About this cottage rental
The Stables is a 2 bedroom barn conversion. There is 1 step up on the ground floor which encompasses a downstairs toilet and shower room in the entrance area, with coat storage. Fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave and all cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools plus seperate tablea nd chairs and there is a longe area with a flat screen TV. From the lounge patio doors lead out onto an outside area with views over Durham city .
Upstairs is a master bedroom containing a king sized bed and patio doors onto a Juliette balcony with views over Durham City. There is a single bedroom and also a fully tiled bathroom.
White House Cottages comprises 3 conversions which have been modernised to a high standard, yet have kept the features which reflect the country location of the properties. Incorporating a fully fitted kitchen including washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and central heating. The bathroom/ shower rooms are all fully tiled in travertine stone. All linens and towels are provided plus wifi is included. The properties are fully furnished in a style to reflect their surrounding. Off street parking is included. The Loft is a modern spacious apartment with its own outside area and overlooking the village green on the front with views over Durham City to the rear.
The properties are situated in tranquil Brandon village, with its delightful village green, local pub and surrounding farmland. There are numerous walks and cycle trails nearby and it is a perfect base to explore Durham City and County Durham
