Hotel Green Garden PVT LTD

Not really knowing where to stay in Trincomalee, we chose this one as the gardens, pool and rooms looked really nice on the website. It certainly didn't disappoint, and was a really lovely hotel. We used this base to go on a number of water-based activities such as diving (Divers Land Dive Club - really good set up and team), and go on a whale watching tour (only saw dolphins) which also included stopping at Navy Rock). The staff were all amazing, and kept the gardens immaculate. The breakfast was great, and they provided us with a takeaway breakfast bag for the 3 days we had to leave early for the diving and whale tour.

Grote kamers, prima service. Als er iets mis was en je meldde dit werd het gelijk opgelost.

Het resort kan heel mooi worden maar ze zijn er nog niet. Er wordt nog volop gebouwd (daar heb je overigens geen last van) en daardoor zit je soms op plaatsen waar nog wat verbeteringen nodig zijn. De sportschool wordt bijvoorbeeld nog gebouwd, een lamp in het zwembad was nog niet goed bevestigd, het restaurant heeft niet alles wat op de kaart staat en de airco begon te lekken (daar hebben ze overigens heel snel op gereageerd door ons een andere kamer aan te bieden). Ik ben er van overtuigd dat het hier over een jaar een geweldige plek zal zijn.
