RKM Hotel Uppuveli

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 notti e 4 giorni e fin dal primo momento siamo stati accolti con una gentilezza e un’ospitalità davvero uniche. L’hotel è a conduzione familiare ed è gestito con grande cura dai genitori e dai loro due figli: è davvero impossibile non sentirsi subito a casa! La colazione è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa: ogni giorno è diversa, sempre ricca, varia e preparata con grande attenzione. Dalle crêpes alla frutta sempre fresca, fino al tè e al caffè, tutto è delizioso e curato nei minimi dettagli. La stanza è essenziale, ma pulitissima, ordinata e ben curata, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. Consigliamo davvero questo posto a chiunque voglia vivere un soggiorno speciale, circondato da gentilezza, disponibilità e un’atmosfera familiare. Un luogo in cui ci si sente davvero a casa. ❤️

The wifi was awful, completely useless. In 4 days, no linen or towels changing. The nearby church loud choir at 5 am might be annoying for someone.

Clean room and bathroom. Comfy bed and great ac.

Mostly their policies. First, the breakfast time takes too long; they asked at what time I wanted it, I said 7.15 (I had many early tours), but we agreed at 7.30. I was served at 7.50 (and not all in once, coffee the last thing and after 10 minutes). Most of the days I couldn't even finish my breakfast as I had tours at 8am. Now, they close the main gate with a padlock and the main entrance with a key. One night (10.30pm) I had to wait outside to be opened at the main entrance, although this was a short wait. However, one early morning I wanted to go out at 5.00am (safari tours) and I couldn't as the main gate was closed. No one there to open. There was no way of going out. I even thought about jumping the gate. They have either burning water or cold water (two separate). Now way of mixing them. The location is not that great. 30 minutes on foot of the main "touristic shops". All in all, I believe it's too expensive for what you get.
