Kyma Cozy House Near Athens Airport By SEM

The house and everything inside it is new, the owners are very polite, within 10 minutes walking distance you can find several beach bars, mini market, bakery, restaurants, basically everything.

The property was safe, clean, and comfortable. It is conveniently located close to the sea, making it a great choice for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping was provided every 3–4 days.

There is nothing to complain regarding the apartment itself. However, there are a few external factors worth considering. During our stay, pipe replacement work was taking place on the street of the apartment, with construction materials stored nearby and a considerable amount of sand outside on entry to the apartment and rental car was always dirty. The neighboring dogs barked at night. While this gave a sense that the area was well guarded, it could also be disturbing. Occasionally, sleep was also interrupted by flying planes and by cars / motorcycles racing on nearby roads at night.

Spacious, clean and cool house with a nice terrace. It is close to the seaside. There is also a nearby minimarket and public 305 Bus line.

The house is close to the airport area which causes some auditory noise that could be perceived especially in the late evening.
