The location was excellent—about 10 minutes from the sea; the sandy beach is perfect for families with small children, and there are restaurants and shops nearby. It is a quiet, peaceful area, free from crowds. The cottage features a nice terrace for relaxing, and having on-site parking is a big plus.
The cottage itself was clean and well-prepared, and communication with the host was fantastic.
No downsides, though that is always a matter of individual preference.

Everything was good. The comfortable apartment, the cleanliness, the apartment equipped with everything you need, the yard, the parking in the yard,communication with the host .
It was a little disturbing that there was construction work on the street and there was noise in the morning but it's not the hotel's fault.

Дуже затишний будиночок для компанії або великої сімʼї, є все необхідно для комфортного проживання , все нове, ідеально чисте. Зручні ліжка, стільці, величезний телевізор. Класна територія, продумано все до дрібниць
Для відпочинку на морі не дуже підходить, тому що в пішій доступності пляж непридатний для відпочинку, брудний, не обладнаний ні лежаками, ні парасолями. Ми їздили власним авто на центральні пляжі Артеміди , це хвилин 7 на авто.
