Location amazing and would be lovely to stay in the cooler months. Communication good and description of the flat generally accurate. But there is no aircon or fan.
The description (which was accurate otherwise) claimed aircon and a fan. Neither existed and this needs to be corrected. As a top floor flat it was very hot

Der große Pluspunkt der Unterkunft ist ihre wunderbare Lage: I dr Dalbe (im St. Albanviertel), ganz nah dem historischen Zentrum, trotzdem wunderbar ruhig, fast idyllisch, mit Rheinblick. Die Unterkunft war funktional, gut geordnet und sehr sauber.
Der Versuch, die Funktionen Schlafen, Wohnen, Bad und Kochen auf so enger Fläche zu vereinen, ist nicht recht gelungen. Im Badezimmer mit auf das Bad und den Wohn- und Schlafraum verteilten Utensilien zu kochen, war fast unmöglich, zumal nur eine Kochstelle zur Verfügung stand und auch das Kochgeschirr unzureichend war. Die angekündigte "Klimaanalge" erwies sich als ein mobiler Kuftbefeuchter ohne erkennbaren Effekt - außer dass er durch die Befeuchtung die Hitze noch verstärkt hat. Für ein Mansardenzimmer war das bei der Hitze eine Zumutung.
