Good value for money, spacious and convenient
Spacious, some useful kitchen facilities, convenient location.
Shower holder does'nt spray down, if use it the water would spray over the floor outside the shower area, simple fixture needed. But not a major problem!

Very pleasant
Apartment large, well equipped and very comfortable. Breakfast good and pleasant, a little too expensive in my opinion. Exceptional position with respect to the Congress center
Bathroom very large and clean, but not well equipped with clothes hangers. Some steps at the main entrance, eventually not comfortable for senior persons

easy to check in. checked in slightly earlier than noted. staff were lovely and poilte
reception desk was a bit of a walk away from the apartment block

noisy club above the apartment. Might find better options elsewhere.
average rooms, and below average furniture. Kitchen equipment is the barely essential.
Top floor, super noisy during evenings and week-ends. There's a Club right on top of the building and music plays loud until 11:00 in the weekdays and until 3:00am, in the weekends. Impossible to sleep.

Great for the conference centre
Good apartment, well equipped, very comfortable bed. Near to bus and tram stations. I used it for the conference centre and it was easily walkable.
A bit annoying that you have to check in at the associated hotel but arent told this in advance - meant I was walking up and down the street twice with a heavy bag. Also no checkout instructions and the reception was closed at the time I needed to leave so I had to wake up the night person!

Generally nice room. Location is nice, close to the river for jogging. Nice that they allowed early check in at 13.30
breakfast not easily available due to limited service during pandemic conditions. A simple coffee maker. eg Nespresso machine in the kitchen would have been nice. Light in the kitchen not working. Toilet bowl has a leak and dripping. But generally room is OK
