The Downtown Largo do Carmo

This is definitely one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. We originally planned to stay for a shorter time, but we loved it so much that we extended our stay – which probably says everything about how much we enjoyed this place. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and finished to a very high standard. Everything has been thoughtfully designed, from the stylish interior and beautiful colour scheme to the smallest details. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, incredibly comfortable beds, bathrobes, toiletries, extra bedding and individually controlled air conditioning made it feel like a luxurious home away from home. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with modern appliances and designed with great attention to comfort - we had absolutely everything we could possibly need. We were also welcomed with a lovely basket including champagne, local cheese and other treats - such a thoughtful gesture from Filipe. The location is fantastic. The apartment has a beautiful view of Igreja do Carmo, while the Old Town, marina, restaurants and Faro’s main attractions are all just a short walk away. What we loved most was that this apartment never felt like just another holiday rental. You can see that every detail has been carefully considered with the comfort of guests in mind. Filipe was incredibly kind, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. We honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in Faro. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back 10/10!

Info about getting into the building was good and easy. Parking was right next to the apartment. A really nice welcome basket was waiting for us in the kitchen. The apartment was super clean and even the hallway was really beautiful, just like the building itself. Location is really close to restaurants and marina but around the building it's quiet and not loud. Just amazing. We would definitely stay there again and surely will suggest it to our friends.
