About this villa rental
A spectacular 2 storey villa, within large landscaped gardens, with heated swimming pool and separate pool house. Sleeps 20 people in total.
Located a short (4km) drive from the beautiful Faro beach in an exclusive development close to the Ria Formosa Natural Park. Five minutes driving to Faro airport. Local amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops are close in Montenegro town.
Despite the properties close proximity to the airport it is not under the flight path so the house benefits from virtually no noise from the airport or aircraft.
Main house
Ground floor - has 1 kitchen with table for 12 people, 1 dining room with table for 12 people, 1 laundry room, 1 living room with TV, 2 bedrooms with en-suites with double bed, 1 bedroom with en-suite with 2 single beds and 2 more drawer beds, 1 social toilet with washbasin and toilet. It has 1 shed with 2 tables for 20 people and a snooker, 1 small shed with 1 table for 6 people and 1 charcoal barbecue. It has a small gym with bike and treadmill and a children's playground near the pool.
First floor - Master bedroom with double bed, en-suite large bathroom and connecting bedroom (accessed through the master bedroom) with 1 single bed and a pull out trundle bed, suitable for children. 2 double bedrooms, with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. 1 twin bedroom with 2 singles and en-suite bathroom.
Pool house
2 double bedroom with en-suite bathrooms.
Air conditioning throughout the property including all bedrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen.
Living room with a large TV.
Wifi internet throughout the house and garden.
Swimming pool (10m X 6m) with large decked and large mature garden.
Maid service daily for the room cleaning (3 hours daily excluding Sundays), change of towels every 4 days.
Price includes a day boat trip (9 people) on the Ria Formosa Natural Park and to the deserted Island (4 hours).
Yoga classes and massage available in the house.
Heated pool to a maximum of 25 degrees Celsius with no extra cost.

1.Massage was excellent. Lots of others had to get one. It was one of the best I have had. I fell asleep which shows the level of relaxation. 2. Yoga teacher coming over was a wonderful extra. 3. House cleaning was fantastic. Everyone loved that the cleaner came everyday. The house was well kept and we loved the new towels too. There is nothing to improve at Vila Pariso. It is truly exceptional! Nothing is too much trouble from Sergio and his family. They made our trip unforgettable. The boat trip provided was wonderful for the adults and children. Taxi services were greatly appreciated for such a large group and very reasonably priced. The villa itself is so well kept, the grounds and the pool were enjoyed fully by everyone in our group. We also had everything we needed to cook and host with. We found everything we needed. They have really thought of every detail. Our night at Salmare that Sergio had recommended was absolutely brilliant. The staff were great with our group. Having having his son there to capture all the best moments from the evening is a highlight for me. RAF is a gentleman, clearly like his Dad. He has captured some of my most favourite photos of my friends and family. The best trip ever! We will be back.

We spent a wonderful week at Villa Pariso. The bedrooms are large, with comfortable beds and all have ensuite. There was lots of seating around the swimming pool and plenty of tables and chairs on which to eat inside and out. We took up the offer of the boat trip and morning yoga session which we would recommend. Sergio was always on hand to help us with restaurant recommendations, transfer of luggage to the airport and any queries we had.

What an amazing villa..tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Faro.Near the airport but no overflight aeroplanes. Clean and warm outdoor pool, games room, barbeque area.3 very comfy hammocks.Only here for 4 days so not enough time to use all the facilitiesHost very friendly and the boat trip from the harbour was exciting..stopping off at an island fof lunch.We will definitely come back.Very clean, spacio

We were a group of 17 recent graduates/young professionals, and we had a wonderful stay at Sergio's villa. The villa was perfectly equipped, both inside and out, with more than enough bedrooms, en-suites, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, and outdoor lounging space. The villa was in impeccable condition, with cleaners everyday ensuring this was maintained with minimal effort on our part.Sergio as a host was faultless, and went out of his way to provide us with an excellent stay, organising a very enjoyable boat ride and lunch and being flexible with the check-in/check-out times. The villa is conveniently located less than a 5 minute drive away from the airport, and it despite its proximity, there was minimal noise from flights, to the extent that it was essentially unnoticeable. The neighbourhood itself also had a lovely local/friendly authentic atmosphere.Overall a flawless stay.
