The bed was comfy, the pillows and mattress were good and the quilt was cozy
Water pressure in the shower was good and the water was hot
Basic tea/coffee making facilities were available in the room as well as 2 bottles of tap water in the fridge.
The host was prompt to reply when we called on arrival and the lady who opened the door helped us with our luggage.
The neighbourhood is very nice, and it was very quiet at night
The room - furniture, comfort level - is quite basic, but absolutely satisfactory for just an overnight connection close to the airport.
There were a couple of places that could have been cleaner - bathroom window sill and window surround was grubby.

It is a good place for reaching the airport as you can get there in 5 minutes.
This room is part of an inhabitated house, at the first floor. It is not immediate to understand which is the right house as there isn't any clear indication.
This room is directly under the roof of the house so it is very hot during summer. Air conditioner, and furniture need an upgrade.
