A fantastic location, right next to a beautiful, clean beach. Which can be seen from the living and dining room with an excellent full wall length window. Great size Appartment with plenty of room throughout and a balcony to the rear of the property, overlooking the buildings car park and a very clean and good length swimming pool. A large size tv, comfortable beds, microwave, fridge and more. Ideal for families or couples. Great for the Normandy area.

On the 4th floor, with only stair access. If you are fit and healthy then that’s fine. Only a downside of the property if you are disabled, Senior or have leg or back issues.

Wunderbare Lage. Es ist nur der Garten zwischen der Unterkunft und dem Strand. Die Wohnung war nicht heiß, obwohl unter dem Dach. Wir waren in der Woche vor dem französischen Ferienbeginn da. Es war wunderbar ruhig, und der Strand war leer. Super war auch der Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in der Tiefgarage abstellen. Es gibt einen Tischtennisraum und einen Pool. Der Schlüssel muss in Cobourg abgeholt werden. Der Inhaber des Reisebüros war freundlich bei der Abholung des Schlüssels. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Für uns hat eigentlich alles gepasst. Im Badezimmer oben gab es so wie es aussieht, früher einmal eine Toilette. Die hat uns gefehlt. Eine zweite Toilette wäre bei unserer Personenanzahl praktisch gewesen. Die Wohnung ist einfach ausgestattet, wie auf den Bildern des Vermieters zu sehen. Die Wohnanlage insgesamt ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Obergeschoss ohne Aufzug. Die Treppe hoch zur Empore und den beiden Schlafzimmern dort ist recht steil. Für Senioren oder Familien mit kleinen Kindern vielleicht weniger geeignet. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Zum Buchungpreis von Booking wird noch eine Reinigunggebühr von 80 € aufgeschlagen. Es gibt aber auch die Option die Wohnung selbst zu putzen.

La vue est formidable, l’appartement est spacieux et lumineux. Le coin est calme et très proche de la mer (juste au pieds de l’immeuble) en plus d’avoir accès à la piscine. Parfait

Il n’y a rien que nous n’avons pas apprécié mais si nous pouvons faire quelque remarques, l’électricité du salon ainsi que la chambre à l’étage n’était pas fonctionnelle. Nous avions pris des lampes de chevet pour nous éclairer mais ce n’était pas trop dérangeant pour nous.

The building is well kept, the view is astonishing, and the living room very spacious. The balcony off the kitchen is really great and we loved the clean beach downstairs.

The agency managing the property are not very helpful and only care about money, not the guests’experience. Some things were outdated and the kitchen utensils quite dirty. It’s the first time on booking we’ve had a property ask for us to bring our bedsheets towels etc. It came as a disappointment for the price. We found it hard to find a parking space that was not reserved in the building parking lot.
