Holiday home with landscaped enclosed garden of 700 m2, equipped for family, children and babies. South-facing terrace with outdoor lounge, sunbeds and dining area with table and chairs.
Very quiet and relaxing area, bike path accessible from the house, golf and equestrian center nearby.
Children's park 2 minutes away and beach 5 minutes walk away. Beach games and a beach trolley are available. Shops nearby, bakery, local grocery store for vegetables and creamery, pizza truck, direct sale of local farm products, restaurants, hairdresser, decoration shop, and tobacconist/press bar.
In the basement vintage bicycles (with 2 child seats and child trailer) and a table tennis table are available.
A barbecue is available.
The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and the living/dining room is spacious.
Ideal location to discover Calvados, Cabourg, Deauville, Honfleur, the beaches and museums of the D-Day landings.
