The charm of a beautiful building and the proximity to the sea are the assets of this family accommodation. On the edge of the golf course, located 300m from the sea a few minutes from Cabourg, this former presbytery will be the ideal place for your stays with family or friends.
The house includes a fully enclosed 800m2 garden, and can accommodate 10 vacationers. You will find on the ground floor a well equipped fitted kitchen, a living room, lounge and a utility room with washing machine. Upstairs, 1 bathroom, 4 bedrooms, 1 with shower room.
Bicycles will be at your entire disposal under the garage.

Very nice house, 5 minutes from the beach. Stylish, cosy furniture, high ceilings, big bedrooms, very well equipped kitchen (nespresso machine, mixer, 2 fridges etc), comfortable garden furniture. Well equipped for small children, folding cot available, there even was a stair gate, mini chairs as well as a high chair! Very good bakery across the street, as well as a small grocery store, supermarkets in short car distance. Long nice sand beach, not very crowded even during main season! Great host, who gave us a warm welcome, very reliable when contacted. We hope we can come back some time! Thank you a lot, Christelle!

Très belle maison rénovée avec goût et très pratique pour séjourner entre amis et en famille. La maison est située à 10 minutes de Cabourg avec les nombreux vélos mis à disposition par Christelle. Elle est également toute proche de la plage. Un bon moment passé ici, tout a été facilité par les conseils de Christelle.

Excellent emplacement proche de Cabourg et assez loin de la cohue de Deauville. Avons particulièrement apprécié les vélos mis à disposition pour aller découvrir la batterie de Merville, Pegasus bridge, la réserve ornithologique, la digue de Cabourg en famille: génial! Mais attention point de WIFI, et couverture BT passable. A bon entendeur...
