About this house rental

I invite you to discover my property, located in Varaville in Normandy, on the coast of the Channel. It is a house of 157 m2 in the middle of a closed and raised park of more than 7000 m2, in the middle of the country of Auge. Neighbor of the Varaville stud farm, it is surrounded by the swamps of the Dives, a region rich in flora and fauna. The beach is five minutes by car. Deauville and Caen are twenty minutes away.

Many leisure activities and activities are offered in the immediate vicinity: hiking and discovery outings, golf, fishing lakes, equestrian center, beach clubs, water sports or tennis ... Many museums are waiting for your visit and the D-Day beaches are a short drive away.

The house includes a basement with a garage, a storeroom and a summer kitchen. On the ground floor you will find a large living-dining room and a Moroccan style living room. The kitchen is independent and equipped open on a bright veranda. A bathroom with shower and toilet completes this space. Upstairs, the four bedrooms await you with five double beds, two single beds and a cot, not to mention the bathroom. The maximum capacity is twelve people.

Outside, you will enjoy a beautiful private pool, without any opposite.

The location is good. Very friendly owners. Big plot of the land with a swimming pool. Good Internet. The place is a little be noisy due to the motorway nearby, but when the windows are closed, it's ok to sleep. It is possible to get used.

Nous avons passé un séminaire incroyable dans cette maison, tout s’est très bien passé la maison est superbe, gros coup de cœur général pour la véranda, Merci au monsieur pour son accueil chaleureux et pour sa confiance, seul bémol, Votre conjointe est exécrable, elle n’avait même pas encore vu la maison qu’elle était déjà froide et aucune sympathie, elle m’a vraiment répondu avec dédain tout le long de l’état des lieux. J’avais une caution en votre possession j’ai préféré ne rien dire mais, madame, Pour qui vous prenez vous pour parler aux gens de la sorte ? Même ma propre mère ne m’adresse pas la parole ainsi, on comptait revenir avec un grand plaisir parce que tout s’est vraiment bien passé mais nous sommes des adultes, responsables, face à vous, pas besoin de nous parler comme à des enfants irrespectueux, sachant que toute remarque, nous avons immédiatement réglé le problème quand il a été énoncé en s’excusant, ca a laissé une note négative sur notre départ hélas alors que tout était pour le mieux Encore merci monsieur pour tout et vous devriez songer à faire l’état des lieux avec une personne capable d’au moins esquisser un sourire

Nous venons de passer un super week end dans cette très jolie maison. L’accueil est chaleureux et l’hôte disponible. L’emplacement est super, la mer est à 5minutes en voiture, nous avons pu visiter la jolie ville de Cabourg. Pour la maison, la véranda est particulièrement agréable notamment en cas de pluie.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est agréable, le jardin est immense et la véranda est très agréable. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Les propriétaires sont accueillants. Il faudrait idéalement mettre une plus grande table et de quoi faire sécher les serviettes dans les salles de bain.

Un bon séjour en Normandie à l'occasion d'un évènement à Ouistreham (20min en voiture). Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine mais fin Septembre la météo n'était pas en notre faveur. Le propriétaire a été très disponible et sympathique. Nous recommandons et si notre évènement se reproduit en 2021, nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci

Si vous souhaitez profiter d’un grand espace de verdure avec piscine et barbecue, je vous recommande la maison de Mr et Mme El Gerssifi. Les photos correspondent parfaitement à la description. La veranda est un endroit appréciable pour prendre les repas en famille. Les chambres sont spacieuses. La piscine est propre. Le salon est spacieux pour discuter et se retrouver en famille. L’emplacement est idéal, 10 min en voiture de la plage de cabourg. C’est calme, on n’entend très peu le passage des voitures. Il manque cependant à disposition un aspirateur afin de faire le ménage, le papier toilette n’est pas disponible, et prévoir d’acheter du liquide vaisselle, éponge à vaiselle, savon pour les mains. Et dommage pas de lave vaisselle. Autrement nous avon passé un excellent séjour, Mr et Mme El Gerssifi sont très accueillants.

La maison est très belle, comme sur les photos. Les espaces sont grands. Nous étions 9 et avions largement la place. La véranda est vraiment super agréable, nous y avons passé la plus part de nos moments. La maison est entourée d'un grand jardin, ce qui permet de se sentir au calme, et isolé. Côté positif : Notre arrivée s’est effectuée dans de bonnes conditions, les explications sont très claires. La maison est vraiment très grande et est adaptée à une famille de 10 personnes. Le jardin est magnifique (piscine, balançoire, petit lac …). A côté de la route mais le bruit ne dérange pas du tout. Côté négatif : Durant notre séjour, il y a eu plusieurs coupures de courant. Cela a été assez catastrophique car tous les aliments étaient fichus dans le réfrigérateur car il faisait très chaud (weekend fin juin). Nous avons dû jeter toute la viande, légume et j’en passe... Cela nous a fait très mal au cœur. Mais cela n’était pas de la faute du propriétaire car c’était une panne dans tout le quartier. Il a quand même était réactif en pensant que cela venait de la propriété et a voulu faire ramener un électricien. De plus, pour une grande maison comme celle-ci un lave-vaisselle est très appréciée malheureusement il n’y en a pas. Réfrigérateur ne ferme pas bien, à revoir aussi. Je rajouter que la literie est propre cependant Il n’y a pas assez de serviette de bain. Dans certaines chambres, il manque des coussins. Il y a des toiles d’araignées et de la poussière partout. Je comprends le fait que ce soit à la campagne et qu’il y en ait cependant là il y en a peut-être un peu beaucoup trop. Un axe à améliorer … Nous avions vraiment tout ramener en pensant qu’il y avait du liquide vaisselle et des sacs poubelles mais malheureusement non présent. Obligé d’aller en acheter sur place. Côté piscines, les chaises n’étaient pas du tout solides. Idées : acheter des bains de soleil, investissement pas très onéreux mais qui plaît aux locataires.
