Welcome to your family home,

. Come and recharge with your family in an authentic setting at this restored 18th-century barn. You’ll be charmed by the building’s architecture and its lush, green surroundings.

This property is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge service dedicated to meeting the needs of its guests.

You’ll enter the living area, where you’ll find the dining room with two dining tables that seat 8 people, and the living room with its sofas and a working wood-burning stove (wood not provided).
The kitchen area opens onto the living area.

You’ll have access to the patio and garden through the living room’s French doors.

You’ll find the first bedroom on the first floor with two 90 cm by 190 cm single beds, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a vanity unit and shower.

There is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, small refrigerator, ironing board, and iron.

On the first floor:

You’ll find a living room with games, books, a TV, a DVD player, and DVDs. The wood-burning stove in this living room is not in working order.

Next, there is a bedroom with two single beds and an adjoining bathroom, and another bedroom with two single beds and its own bathroom as well.

On the second floor, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with three single beds, and one bedroom with three single beds and an en suite bathroom.

At the end of the hallway, there’s a bathroom with a bathtub, double sinks, and a separate toilet.

There is one separate toilet per floor.

Included: linens (towels, sheets, dish towels, bath mats), travel crib, high chair, baby bathtub, Wi-Fi, a welcome kit including a roll of toilet paper, a sponge, dish soap, and a trash bag will be waiting for you in the apartment. For the rest of your stay, we’ll leave it up to you to purchase what you need.
Guest access
The property is spread over 3 levels with a bedroom on the first floor, but there are 2 steps to climb to enter the house.

You’ll receive a set of keys.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest.
Additional notes
Parties are not allowed in the house. The owners, who live in the village, reserve the right to visit you if this rule is not followed.

Arromanches-les-Bains (20 min): famous for its Mulberry artificial harbor, used during the D-Day landings; visit the D-Day Museum and the ruins visible from the beach.

Courseulles-sur-Mer (15 min): Juno Beach, the Canadian sector of the D-Day landings; don’t miss the Juno Beach Center, which is very comprehensive and interactive.

Bayeux (20 min): the first town liberated on the French mainland in 1944; visit the Normandy Battle Memorial Museum and Bayeux Cathedral.
