Riad Koutchi was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Oumayma was incredibly kind, attentive, and always making sure we had everything we needed. The transfer service was excellent—the car was very comfortable, everything was on time, and the driver was extremely polite and professional.
The riad itself is beautiful. We were welcomed with Moroccan mint tea and delicious Moroccan pastries, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was definitely the highlight of our stay. We got to try freshly made Moroccan bread and an amazing homemade yogurt. Everything was delicious.
What really stood out, though, was the service. When we came back to pick up our luggage before heading to the airport, they even kindly offered us the chance to take a shower before our departure, which was incredibly thoughtful.
A beautiful place with exceptional hospitality. We would absolutely stay at Riad Koutchi again!

Para empezar accedes a él desde una calle normal y con iluminación otros Riad están escondidos en callejones donde el GPS no funciona bien. Está a unos 15 minutos de la parada de bus y de la plaza principal.Está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila. Los desayunos riquísimos y variados.Esta todo muy limpio y nuevo, se respira mucha tranquilidad en su interior. Ahora lo mejor de todo sus trabajadores.Khalid y Oumayma siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier duda o información que necesitáramos son encantadores.

Precioso riad junto a la Medina, estupendamente decorado con piezas típicas de la artesanía marroquí. Impoluto de limpio. Habitación y baño muy bonitos, llenos de pequeños detalles. Las camas, comodísimas, con colchones de buena calidad. El desayuno y la cena, abundantes y exquisitos. Y lo mejor de todo... El personal que nos atendió: Oumayma y Khalid. Shukran!
No habernos alojado más noches! :).
