Good location for the souks, very helpful staff

Our stay Riad Orange was fabulous. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, they made us really feel at home. The location was great just on the edge of the Medina. Would highly recommended Riad Orange.

Riad Orange is a wonderful, calm oasis in the beautiful chaos of Marrakesh. The rooms are clean, quiet and cool. Mohamed and Aziz are very kind and helpful, e.g. they helped us to join a cooking class last minute. Food is also very tasty and authentic, we highly recommend having dinner on the rooftop of the riad. The location is also perfect, we reached all the major sights easily on foot.

Great location. Just a few minutes from the square and Medina. Mohamed was a true gentleman, helping us all the way and even refused to accept any tips. Riad Orange is lucky to have him—-so kind and professional. Great communication from Astrid before and during our stay.

We arrived after a long drive from our desert tour and couldn’t get hot water for a shower. Then, to make things worst, we were awaken by little monsters running up and down the stairs yelling and screaming at 7:30am. Asked the parents to control their kids but to no avail. Not really the riad’s fault but keep in mind that this Riad is kid friendly, which is great if you have kids but not for us. Most riads are like Bed & Breakfast places so they are small with shared courtyards and voices carry. These kids were monopolizing all the common areas and using the stairs as a playground—- it was impossible to relax or sleep in. Parents were clueless. Astrid was kind enough to refund us after the first night so we can look for another Riad.
