Riad Ksar Al Amal & Spa

Amazing breakfast the best we’ve ever had, they made effort to accommodate my dairy intolerance. The staff were lovely, extremely helpful and consistently went above and beyond. You could explore Marrakesh easily from the location and it is round the corner from Bahia palace. Very nice massages at good prices. It was lovely to stay in a traditional riad.

Our bathroom was in need of a bit of maintenance, the shower did not drain properly and all could have been a bit cleaner. The riad is in the medina so the street at night was dark, we didn’t like that you had to ring the bell for the door to get into the hotel every time. This woke us up at night when other guests got back and it felt a little unsafe waiting outside to get in. They could do with keycard entry and/or better lighting in the street

Good location next to Bahia Palace , very cozy, staff very attentive, very tasty home made breakfast, huge bed in the room, authentic interior with nice details, art books all around. They also decorated our room for our wedding anniversary, which was a very nice touch😊

Didn’t particularly like the little street leading to the Riad.

These was the best days ever! This riad was like our home . Everyone made us feel this way! The owners and all the employees were incredibly helpful, kind and smiley! The riad was stunning, presenting a classical-modern decoration . You could breathe everywhere a perfume of oranges and Marocish beauty. Breakfast was our happy time, as it was made with care and love! The room was super clean and tidy everyday providing fresh towels and bathroom amenities. We also had a royal hammam and a massage and the therapists were great . After both these services we had mint tea and hand made cookies. In general you could feel everywhere love and care !
