We LOVED EVERYTHING! From the moment we stepped in to the second we left! This enchanting 19th century hidden gem was immaculately clean, perfectly designed with superb attention to detail providing the most relaxing, peaceful environment that is lead by the unparalleled humbling, genuine and kind beautiful staff. The rooftop was pure perfection — an emerald green tiled pool surrounded by elegant lounge chairs, umbrellas, and beautiful white linen sofas thoughtfully placed for ultimate relaxation. The Goodall suite where we stayed was out of this world stunning. From Original Egyptian artwork, layered rugs, a romantic fireplace, the most comfortable canopy bed, and carefully curated handmade furniture sourced from around the world. It truly felt like staying inside a luxurious old-world castle with air condition. But the true showstopper was the bathroom. Opening the intricately carved double wooden doors revealed a breathtaking oversized double shower unlike anything I’ve ever seen, complete with elegant columns, a stunning gold-framed mirror, and the most exquisite architectural details. Each morning, we enjoyed a homemade breakfast prepared with fresh local fruits, pastries, eggs, juice, and coffee in one of the most serene and beautiful dining rooms imaginable. Every detail felt intentional and lovingly prepared. What amazed me most was how this magnificent place makes you completely disconnect from the outside world and surrender to pure peace and relaxation. During conversations with the owner, we learned it took nearly three years to lovingly restore and recreate this riad as closely as possible to its original beauty while adding carefully selected touches to delight every guest. You can truly feel that this place is their pride and joy in every single detail.

We had a very warm welcome and the place was beautifully designed 😄. We had gotten a lot of recommendations from the staff of where to go. It was a very quiet and easy location and gave a luxurious vibe. The staff furthermore was very nice, the kitchen staff were able to help me with a couple of small things. There are plenty of places to sit and lounge. Furthermore the temperature in the hotel is very nice, I didn't need the airconditioning at all. There was also always warm water for me.

The pillows gave us a bit of neck pain, they were too big or hard for me. There were lots of mosquitoes because housekeeping opens the windows, personally I usually can not sleep with mosquitoes, but despite them I felt asleep anyways🦟🦟. I saw some reviews about not having a mini fridge. I did not think this was going to be a problem, but it would have been nice, if I were to nitpick.
