Overall a really nice place to stay - Cliff is an excellent host, and it was almost like flatting with someone for a few days. He made space in the fridge and pantry (not that I used them much), you could cook if you wanted, watch TV etc. Location is very good for the airport, about 10 minutes away or 15 in traffic so pretty good overall. I found it was about 20-25 minutes driving into the CBD depending on time of day so that was pretty good as well. The room itself is nice, there's a bed and plenty of wardrobe space.
My only complaint would maybe be the lack of an ironing board - there's an iron, but no board. Even then this wasn't really an issue for me, but it may be an annoyance for some.
