This was an excellent, spacious, modern and clean property. It had two Western-style bedrooms, each with two double beds, as well as a Japanese-style sleeping room downstairs, so there was plenty of space for everyone. The property also had two toilets, two shower/bathrooms and a very well-equipped kitchen. When the Wi-Fi stopped working, we were able to contact the hosts easily, and they were very responsive. There were also several shops nearby for groceries and food.
The only downside was that the property was close to the red-light district, which is worth considering if you are travelling with young children. We also found ourselves taking taxis quite often. Overall, however, it was a very good stay.
