駅、イオンモールに近く、便利。 周囲にコインパーキングが多い。
トイレが2箇所あったが、ウォシュレットが1箇所だった。 両方にウォシュレットが欲しかった。

レイトチェックアウト等のイレギュラー時にオーナーさんにコンタクトさせていただいた際、とても気持ちよく対応いただきました。寝具が良く快適に滞在できました。
ドアを閉める際に緩衝材などがあると良いかもしれません。気を抜くと「バタン！」と大きな音がなってしまいます（気をつければよいだけなのですが、あったらなお嬉しいなと）。それ以外はvery goodでした！

ユニバから近く、近隣にイオンや商店街がありご飯を食べに行くのも便利でした。3家族11人で泊まりましたが、充分な広さでした。
建物や設備は思っていたより古かったです。写真で見るよりだいぶ狭く感じました。朝起きた時、洗面所が臭かったです。2階のトイレの便座が冷たかったので、急遽便座シートを購入しました。お風呂が2つとありましたが、1つはシャワーのみでした。駐車場付きだったらもっとよかったです。（すぐ近くに有料パーキングは多数ありました。）
