Spacieux appartement 2 chambres - 5 personnes

The property was very close to the metro and bus stops. The host was very nice and helpful, they helped us enter and leave our stuff earlier than check in time. The kitchen was equipped with everything so that we could cook our meals there. The check in instructions were very clear.

The internet didn’t work the first day until the host could find another way for us to connect. The property states there are two double beds however there was one. Nonetheless the sofa bed was for two. However that also was a bit uncomfortable with it having a dent in the middle. The bed sheets on the sofa bed were wet at the time of the check in as if it was washed but not fully dried.

l'appartamento è molto grande ed è fornito di tutto. macchina caffè posate bicchieri lavastoviglie prodotti per la pulizia tanti armadi due stanze da letto e un divano letto, tv, wi fi funzionante. è all'ultimo piano di un grattacielo nella zona di place d'italie in un bel condominio all'ottavo piano con una vista stupenda sullo skyline di parigi e un grande silenzio. è vicinissimo a due fermate della metro quindi è comodissimo per girare e ha anche supermercati a 300 metri. letto comodo. rapporto qualità prezzo altissimoè un posto da prenotare anche per la grande gentilezza dell'host che risponde immediatamente alle richieste.

l'appartamento ha un solo bagno tra l'altro diviso un bagnetto cieco per wc e la doccia molto grande e molto funzionale nella lavanderia ma avrebbero bisogno di un rinnovamento. Purtroppo ha vicini che cucinano un po' pesante che ci ha costretto a tenere le finestre aperte per tutta la giornata per liberarci degli odori, ma è un posto da prenotare anche per la grande gentilezza dell'host che risponde immediatamente alle richieste.

Appartement spacieux et très agréable, avec une très belle vue qui rend le séjour encore plus plaisant. Le balcon est un vrai plus.
