Mieszkanie przestronne, wygodnie i nowocześnie urządzone, dobrze wyposażone. Położone na pierwszym piętrze w bloku na ogrodzonym osiedlu, bezpieczna, przyjemna, zielona okolica. Ok. 200 m do stacji metra M3 (żółte). W okolicy również dwa duze sklepy, sporo barów , kawiarni i pizzerii. Początkowo słaba komunikacja z gospodarzem, na wiadomości przesyłane przez czat booking.com miałam wrażenie, że odpowiada za każdym razem ktoś inny, nie czytający poprzednich wpisów. Po zameldowaniu na szczęście to się zmieniło i było bez zarzutu. Mieliśmy dwa problemy techniczne i bardzo szybko zostalo to rozwiązane.

W mieszkaniu jest zmywarka, niestety nie było chociaż kilku tabletek do niej, nie było nawet zwykłego płynu do naczyń. W mieszkaniu powinno być coś takiego. Trudno oczekiwać, że turysta przyjeżdżający na kilka dni, będzie kupował takie rzeczy. Nie było nawet żadnej ściereczki, szmatki czy choćby ręcznika papierowego do wytarcia naczyń czy stołu. Nie tylko utrudniało to korzystanie z kuchni i przygotowywanie posiłków, ale nawet jak chcieliśmy zostawić po sobie jako taki porządek, to nie było czym sprzątnąć.

Big apartment, clean and comfortable.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel, mainly due to extremely poor customer service and unclear policies. Before arrival, I had to make several calls just to sort out basic check-in details. I was given two different check-in times by customer service, and the website listed a third, completely different time. At the last moment, I was suddenly informed about a late check-in fee of €50. This fee was not clearly mentioned anywhere in the app or booking details, even after I specifically looked for it. When I tried to explain that I couldn’t find any information about this fee and raised a concern about being informed so late, the staff responded poorly. Instead of helping, they gave me an ultimatum: if I didn’t arrive within the standard check-in time, I wouldn’t receive the key. They also refused to properly explain what the fee actually covered. Later, I found out that the “check-in process” they were charging for was simply sending a digital key via text message along with a video. Charging €50 for this is unreasonable. Because of this situation, I had to ask a friend who lives in the city to check in on my behalf earlier than planned, which was very inconvenient. On top of that, the accommodation itself had issues. One of the rooms had a non-functioning air conditioner, and basic items like a sponge and dish detergent were missing. Overall, this felt like a dishonest and frustrating experience. Due to the lack of transparency, poor communication, and additional hidden costs, I cannot recommend this apartment/hotel.
