The property is good and clean
Collection and dropping off the keys at a different place to accommodation, and also other processes such as identity check and deposit. If this is centralised with booking.com, then we don’t have to do it for every accommodation. This makes the booking process long and extra work.

One of the best places to stay in Manchester. The place was very clean and spacious. Facilities were great. Great location. The host was brilliant, communicated with us throughout the stay and made sure we were ok. Felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again 😄😄😄⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location, the property was very well equipped, it was very spacious and good value for money. The staff were very quick to send us details of how to get the keys to the property and phoned afterwards for feedback.
Just a few finishing touches were missed although it didn’t affect our stay. There was a full bin and long grass in the front and back gardens. The upstairs bedroom carpet looked like it hasn’t been hoovered, just minor things.
We had a hire car so we’re ok, however the keys had to be picked up a mile or two from the property which may not suit everyone.
