Location, transport and good restaurants nearby. Washing machine. We were allowed to leave our luggage before check-in. That was very helpful. All necessary communication with owner was quick. Clean sheets, soap, shampoo, flat is clean. Fans.
No cups, no spoons, no air conditioner, so windows were open and we heard all sounds from very loud streat (tram number 10 is very old and sounds like bucket with rusty nails), no microwave. Window in the kitchen opens to the neighbour’s balcony. Hot water in tap is difficult to adjust. Gas boiler is in the kitchen and several times we smelled the gas. Owner was informed. We got keys from both flats, which are in rent in this building, and by mistake we entered the wrong flat, where was another guest in shower. I suspect he had keys from our flat as well. As soon as we got all necessary minimum, there was no reply from owner. Box for keys is broken and basically open on the busy street, where anyone could take it and enter the flats.
