The location is excellent. Ivan and his cute dog Nina were available to help us whenever we needed them. We rate the host and Ivan five stars. We give the apartment four as it needs a little care. It is in a very old building so we enjoyed the quirks and went with it!

Loved the balcony and the quiet as well as all the options to eat and drink along the canals. The stairs were worth the experience of the location.
