Appartamento molto carino in una tipica casa di ringhiera; posizione strategica, sui Navigli ma silenziosa, vicinissima a metro e tram... se siete buoni camminatori si arriva anche in centro a piedi!
Molto comodo il check in autonomo; aggiungo che, per qualunque difficoltà, il servizio clienti su whatsapp è prontissimo a tutte le ore, del giorno e della notte, a rispondere alle vostre esigenze.
Una nota di merito: avevo dimenticato nell'appartamento un oggetto personale cui sono molto legata e quando me ne sono accorta ho scritto per avvisarli, anche se erano passate diverse ore... l'indomani mi è stato comunicato che era stato ritrovato e potevo organizzare un ritiro presso la loro sede. Non è da tutti e non è scontato: cortesia ed efficienza da segnalare in modo particolare!
Per la struttura e la posizione forse l'appartamento non è dei più luminosi... ma tutto il resto compensa ampiamente questa minuscola pecca!

Excellent location close to restaurants and metro. Walking distance to main tourist attractions.
No wi fi at all despite contacting management several times and being told they would attend to. Incorrect code initially given for electronic lock entry.

Very comfortable bed and clean room
Check-in was a nightmare after a 14 hour flight. Instructions given mentioned the main doors being open, yet they were not. Number was given to call if gate wasn’t open, after buying a SIM card I still couldn’t get ahold of anyone. After calling booking, I still couldn’t get the door open. No one came to help even though cleaning crew was inside another room. I ended up following a neighbour inside just to get the key to the room which I felt very uncomfortable doing.
Laundry machine was great but there was no drying rack, ended up hanging clothes on a curtain rod. Sink was also clogged, drained very slowly.
