There were a couple of issues with the property management that made our stay less convenient. First, we were provided with the wrong access codes for both the swimming pool and the exercise room. When I contacted the management company, they told us to check the laminated sheet located inside the unit. However, the folder contained an old code. As guests, we shouldn't have the search through a folder to determine which code is currently valid. The management company (THE AVARI TEAM) should provide the current, working access codes as of the date of our stay. Providing outdated information is frustrating and, in my opinion, unprofessional. Second, the condo is advertised as accommodating up to five guests, but only a very small piece of soap was provided. When i asked for additional supplies, I was told that the company only provides a starter supply for our stay. For the price we paid and the number of guests the property accommodates, I would expect basic toiletries. At least enough soap to wash the hands. Overall, these are relatively simple things that could easily be improved and would make the experience much more comfortable for guests.
