Condo was very clean and has had some recent updates. Was apprehensive about slow elevators being on 17th floor, but elevators were extremely fast. Very little wait time. Balcony has a great Western view for watching sunset.

The condo was so nice! The balcony made for beautiful night sunsets. You can see the beach from the balcony it’s beautiful. The place itself was clean, up to date, the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and gave enough toilet paper to last the week. The only thing I didn’t like was that the dryer is super loud, they don’t give dishwasher soap or more than 2 garbage bags. So we just had to go buy some which wasn’t a big deal. I would hands down stay here again.

Contacted once about renewal on the phone and my wife asked for a written renewal we never heard another word. The renewal on the phone was about 80% higher. What a joke. Had maintance issues that where never fixed.

Rental was great. Only thing we had issue with was didn’t seem like dryer was working right. Took several times to get a load of clothes dry.
