About this apartment rental
This fifeteenth floor condo (1503), in Ariel Dunes II, features one of the most scenic views along the Emerald Coast. This unit features a newly remodeled and modern look with 2 bedrooms for the space and amenities needed for a great vacation. A very short walk to a private beach and you will be relaxing in the sand. This condo sleeps 6 with a master bedroom that has a king size bed, guest bedroom with a queen size bed, and a pull-out sofa in the living room. There are LCD TVs in the master bedroom, guest bedroom, and living room. Condo comes with in unit washer/dryer, wifi, cable TV, and fitness room access. Guests booking through our website also have the option for Pack' N play rental.
Ariel Dunes provides all Seascape resorts amenities including: 18 hole golf course, 3 full size pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and full service Cabana Café restaurant with live entertainment.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo again. It was our favorite rental 2 years ago and remains our favorite. We have used 3D Beach Rental several times for our rentals at Seascape. They do a great job each time! Thanks for another great stay at Seascape.

We had a great stay at Ariel Dunes II! Management was very prompt and helpful! Condo was clean and just a short 5 minute walk to the beach. We brought our own wagon to load things up in which made it way easier. A code to get out of the pool we thought was a bit much since there was already a code to get in. 2 of the 3 pools were closed one day and another one another day but there were other pools to use so it wasn’t that big of a deal, plus we had the beach. Unit needs a laundry basket, a Keurig (instead of a coffee pot) and possibly a few more towels. Those are just simple easy requests! Other than that it was amazing! Beds are very comfortable in master and additional bedroom and same with pull out sofa bed. Decorated nicely and very updated. Great views and it is close to everything! Thanks again for a great week and we would definitely stay here again!!!
