Located in Seascape Resort, Ariel Dunes II offers 24 stories of amazing westward views that span the sugar white sands and emerald green water of Miramar Beach. From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush 18-hole Seascape Golf Course. Ariel Dunes II features three large pools, one with zero entry and a spacious deck for lounging and catching some rays.
The spectacular resort amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, on-site golf, tennis, fitness center, sauna, on-site pools (two are seasonally heated), watersport rentals, bike rentals, or dine beachside at Whale’s Tail Bar and Grill just across the street!
Check out Seascape Towne Center located within the Seascape Resort! Featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment, this is a 55,000sf lakeside development designed for the whole family. If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation devices when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We had a great time and the place was beautiful. It was just as the photos show. The view of the beach is gorgeous! The kitchen had everything we needed. Big closets. Lots of storage for clothes. Very nice bathrooms. Thanks for a great vacation for our family!

Have been coming to Miramar beach for years and have stayed a variety of places. This condo was just ok. Furniture was very dated with plastic covers. Carpet needs replaced. Definitely need to include more blankets, kitchen items and beach items. We had to buy our own dish soap, paper towels, additional toilet paper. If you're traveling by air from out of town, you don't bring chairs, etc. with you. Other places I've stayed have included a small supply of beach amenities.
