Good location, close to the harbour and in a quiet area, with plenty of parking available. The living room is spacious, but the bedrooms are quite small. The double bedroom should really be a single – there is barely any space to move around or store anything. The bathroom looks like it was meant to be refurbished, but it feels unfinished: there is no silicone or trim where the floor meets the walls, the shower cabin is very small with a narrow entrance, and the extractor fan is extremely loud, almost improvised. The carpet in the living room is stained, although the pattern hides it well. A small coffee table is missing – there’s nowhere to place a drink while watching TV. The fridge was clean, and overall the apartment was tidy. The beds, however, have very soft mattresses (even the new one delivered on the day we arrived was still soft with weak springs), and the pillows were also too soft. Because of this, we didn’t sleep very well.

Lovely warm welcome Great location - highly recommend a walk to Berry Head and to the beautiful GuardsHouse Cafe. Scenic walk into the harbour - a little hilly but nothing steep. Brixham had some lovely cafes and places to eat. Thanks for a lovely little stay .

The location is fantastic! Rebecca was at the house ready for when we arrived and she was so helpful and supportive. The house itself was lovely and clean, spacious and comfortable!
