Rob is a very kind and helpful host and the location of the apartments is superb, with excellent parking facilities. Electrical equipment and fittings are very modern and a faulty hairdryer was quickly replaced for us with a brand new item
The apartment does have a tired look about it with poorly hanging curtains and kitchen accessories such as plates and dishes that need replacing. There is also a slight smell of a possible drain problem which could easily be remedied.

Excellent location. Short walk into town
The whole apartment has a damp smell which needs to be addressed. A coat of paint would improve the tired look of the whole apartment. Also could be cleaner in the shower cubicle. Otherwise a great location for enjoying Brixham. Rob the host was friendly and welcoming. Would consider booking again.

The view from the balcony was fantastic and the main reason we booked the accommodation.
Not far to walk into town for restaurants, pubs, and shops.
Good quality clean towels were plentiful.
Walking along the breakwater wall. Sunset views were a delight.
Good free parking arrangements.
While most of the accommodation was reasonably clean the following areas in the bathroom need more attention: Bottom of the shower, all of the floor and parts of the door that were very grubby. (Toilet was clean) There was a cobweb in-between the inner and outer oven door.
Only two teaspoons were provided and they were stained.
Unpleasant smell from time to time when sat on the balcony
