A lovely property..clean..tidy wirh spacious living area.

Location was perfect. Easy access to town and coastal walks. House was very clean and warm. Spacious open plan lounge/kitchen-diner. Host very kindly left us a very nice bottle of prossecco in the fridge...nice touch. Great that we didn't have to worry about taking cleaning products/dishwasher tablets etc. All supplied. Beds were clean and very comfy. We all slept very well. Host had left a welcome card with her details should we need anything. Would highly reccomend!

Great location and a lovely property

Great location and with the parking space just along the road it makes the property a great option. Nice big open living/dining area and really comfy sofa, perfect for lounging and relaxing.

Small things, sinks in bathroom were a bit small making it hard to wash and brush teeth. Beds a little on the small side but I am 6ft 5ins tall.

Beautiful home in a good location with lovely views

Immaculately decorated clean and well furnished, the beds were very comfortable and the accommodation was well equipped. We chose this because the ground floor bedroom had an adjacent toilet convenient for a family member with reduced mobility

Parking space provided is very good but is quite a distance from the property. The main steps up to the entrance have a good handrail but there are two further steps which do not

Lovely property to enjoy Brixham’s many attractions

Tastefully decorated and furnished, perfect central position above the harbour walkway but still very quiet at night. Warm and cosy, especially liked the under floor heating in bathrooms, lovely shower. Well equipped and everything you need Comfortable beds

The location is very central walk via steps or on the pavemented road. A beautiful home away from home everything needed at hand and As described very clean spacious with amazing changeable views of the working harbour, A perfect location for a few nights away in a lovely seaside/harbourside village. Great communication from the very friendly hosts lots of lovely messages. Thank you both for a lovely welcoming stay, Look forward to returning in the new year.

Great location, clean and had everything you didn’t need

Nothing we didn’t really like, the only thing we said about would we return, is that both rooms had double beds and our boys are at an age where they don’t want to share a bed (teenagers) so it means my husband and I have to sleep separately.

Excellent location and parking is a short stroll away from the apartment. The apartment has modern facilities, comfortable beds, and a good powerful shower

From the description, we were under the impression that this property had 2 bathrooms but it only has 1 bathroom upstairs & a downstairs toilet .

Excellent property, well located to enjoy the views and the town of Brixham.

The property was very clean, well furnished and in a great location for enjoying the harbour and town. Once we parked up, we didn't need the car for all the local amenities. This made it a very relaxing stay and home from home. The hosts were friendly and available when needed. There was lots of information in the property for local attractions etc. We had everything we needed within the accommodation and there was some welcoming touches from the host, which was a lovely surprise. The fact it was dog friendly and had free parking was our decider for staying in the area and we would definitely return.

Wonderful light, airy home in a fantastic location

So much going for this beautiful apartment- gorgeous light airy living room, comfortable beds and a fantastic shower. The kitchen has everything. We also really appreciated how Julie took our booking at the last minute and made us feel so welcome. Location is great too - just a minute walk down to the harbour, but far enough away for it to be quiet and peaceful at night.

Sinks were far too small , water constantly over the floor when brushing teeth washing face. But this is only a minor fault.

Location is amazing, parking space in the Marina car park is a really helpful addition to the the stay. Lounge and kitchen are bright and beautifully decorated.

Beautiful property with everything we needed. Beautifully decorated. Spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. very comfortable sofa. excellent location - literally 5 minutes walk into brixham. Very comfortable bed. Fabulous shower. Excellent communication with the host. Lovely touches - milk, tea and chocolates! The views from the property were amazing the location was exceptional the flat was very comfortable clean spacious and very well equipped with cooking utensils cleaning products towels soaps toilet paper etc

There was nothing we did not like everything was better than we expected in all ways including our privacy but help if we needed it regarding advice on where to go out where to find things in the town

Brilliant holiday let

Wonderful welcome a bottle of wine & a pint of milk in the fridge box of chocolates and treats for the dog, absolutely spotless throughout towels and bed linen provided really comfortable with all mod cons and stunning views, cross the road and down a few steps and your sitting outside the prince William bar and restaurant or a short walk to the Harbour and town centre Julie was an amazing host looking forward to coming back.

The living room was the star of this property for us - spacious, light and relaxing, tastefully decorated, with comfortable, large sofa and a beautiful view of the harbour.

The vanity size basin in the bathroom was a little small for us all.
