Fantastic property, lovely position looking over harbour, bonus having a parking space, owners were very accommodating and helpful, would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family

The location of the property was perfect. Views are lovely
The living area was spacious with kitchen well equipped for our short stay.
Milk and Prosecco in the fridge was a lovely touch
Towels were a good size.
Extra attention paid to facilities for our dog, like a blanket, bowl and treats
Pillows and bed linen. It would not be a great expense to have more luxurious linen & pillows.
Considering it is advertised as a luxury dog friendly property, the garden gate was constantly left open so we had to be mindful of letting the dog into the garden.
There was a smell of blocked drains in the upstairs bathroom.
We didn't use the outside space at the back. It could do with a bit of attention to make it more attractive

Great location near to harbour with amazing views.
Parking a little far and a bit hard to find but reassuring to have a guaranteed space. Didn't need the car while we stayed.

The view was amazing. Very clean and modern, all facilities covered, iron, plenty of towels, milk in the fridge would return
There was parking which was great, but it 500 metres away so just be aware. However this did not hinder the stay, just having parking in brixham is a big advantage as is it very rare
