A lovely beach awaits at Brixham Breakwater (just over 0.5 miles) where you can enjoy some water sports or spend the day relaxing. The vibrant harbour and town sits within a mile, bustling with activity including an array of shops, restaurants, charming cafes and inviting pubs. Explore the captivating replica of Sir Francis Drake's iconic ship, The Golden Hind, or venture out on one of many boat trips available. The neighbouring towns of Paignton and Torquay serve as popular destinations, each boasting an array of attractions including Paignton Zoo (6 miles), more golden sand beaches and a scenic steam railway (3 miles) through the Dart Valley.

A wall with inbuilt glass blocks – hides the stunning, open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge area. This is where the sea views are at their best with two sets of floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors framing the fantastic panorama.
