Absolutely loved my stay. I was here for a couple of nights as a base to walk some of the settle carlisle railway.
Hosts were friendly, very helpful and the property was very nice.
Based in central Settle, very easy to get.to the train station and many local walks.
Breakfast was outstanding, the rooms were big, clean, quiet exactly what I needed.
I thoroughly recommend Kimg Wiliam the Fourth and I will be back again.

I like the peaceful ambience of the building, being a Georgeann house, it 'feels' solid, with no 'echo' of doors closing or people coming and going. I also liked the availability of a 'cooked to order' aspect of the breakfast menu. A good hot breakfast was served and there was plenty of it too!.
The only thing i didn't like was the size of the room. For me, i would have appreciated greater space. There was no armchair to use when watching the TV or to relax.The TV was at ninety degrees to the way the bed faced!.A repositioned TV on the wall facing the bed would have helped. However, the room was clean, a good size bathroom with a jacuzzi, shower, and bath. Personally, i would sacrifice the jacuzzi for an armchair.

Really clean and incredibly friendly staff. Great breakfast. Nice amenities in the room too such as a heated drying rack. Very spacious room.
Taps for the sink in the bathroom are very small making it hard to wash your hands properly. A leaky noise for the toilet goes on all night, but can close the bathroom door. Heater in the room doesn't work at low temperature settings.
