Ļoti mājīga, gaumīgi iekārtota vieta Tartu centrā. Dzīvoklis iekārtots omulīgi, virtuves zonā pieejami dažādi piederumi maltītes pagatavošanai. Bildes atbilst īstenībai. Blakus Rimi, bērnu laukumiņš, parks.
Dzīvoklis uzkarst vienā mirklī (palikām jūlijā). Bez kondicioniera darbināšanas praktiski nevar iztikt, jo loga atvēršana neko nedod. Ja nakšņo ar bērnu, kurš guļ izvelkamajā dīvānā, kondicionieris pūš tieši virsū. Pietrūka drēbju skapja vai plaukta. Salikām drēbes virtuves letes plauktā. 🙂
