Excellent location for winter sports, Munakas skiing slopes in few hundred meters, Tartu Marathon tracks in 100 meters. Well equipped, fits 2 families. Host Mirell is superb, sauna was warm and fire in fireplace when we checked in after day on slopes and track 😀

I received detailed information about house and check-in per e-mail. The self check-in was very smooth. There was enough kitchen equipment to make meals.

The house has low ceilings, small windows, is dark inside and generally a bit worn down and in disrepair. For a summer visit it was not comfortable, because the bedrooms under the roof get hot and stuffy, but when you open the windows all mosquitos come for dinner (no mosquito nets). The beds were extra narrow, I am guessing 70-80cm (the listing said 90-130cm, but they were definitely narrower). Some bedsheets were too short and didn't cover the entire mattress. If you are 180cm or taller, you have to bend to walk the stairs and also bend to not hit your head on the beam that runs across the living room. The washing machine flooded the bathroom. From photos it wasn't clear that it is in a row of similar houses spaced about 5m apart. There is no area outside for the kids to play, just a parking lot and then the main road. The free wifi was slow and patchy, so the TV programs that use the internet also didn't work.
