Ööbikuoru Villa

Location, view and food was really wonderful.

A beautiful location between 3 lakes. Newly decorated, good size rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet. There's a simple but lovely little sauna on the lake that one can book.

As we visited out of season, the restaurant was closed - we didn't realise it needed to be booked 24 hours in advance for private dinner. Nothing was open in the village either so we had to get cold food from the shop. There was no staff in the evening - we would have needed a few things such as plates and cutlery to eat in the room, extra pillows etc. but there was no-one to ask for them (and we didn't want to call the helpline because of such things).

Nice location for one to visit south-east points of interest and sightseeing. Exceptionally quality lodgings, nothing rustical as opposed to majority of comparable-location hotels/hostels. Breakfast was with wide selection even if I was the only guest on this morning.

In low season you have to find where to eat other meals than breakfest - restaurant is not open for lunch/dinner with low flow of tourists.

We asked for a different room with a bathtub and were able to receive that without any complications, possibly due to a lack of other guests on that one night. The receptionist was very helpful. The breakfast is small but sufficient.

Our room had a weird smell of not fresh eggs, coming from the water. When taking a shower, the smell intensified which was very unpleasant. Taking a bath in the bathtub was not possible due to the dirt in it and a spider was seen in it too. There was certainly a lack of cleaning of the room. The floor in the breakfast room was dusty and dirty. The food at the breakfast was not replenished.
