Nicolletta was an extremely nice and gracious host! She made me feel at ease. The apartment itself was very clean, nicely decorated and had a large communal patio with big windows to lounge in. The A/C in the room worked great (pretty important for Rome) and the bathroom/shower was nice and modern. I tend to sleep in late so didn't take advantage of the breakfast offerings, but there were small snacks and espresso onsite.
I found the mattress a little hard for my taste.
