We stayed in these apartments for a week, and everything was absolutely perfect. The flat is located in a brand-new building with great security, making it feel very safe and comfortable. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need, including all essential bathroom amenities and home appliances (fridge, microwave, and an excellent laundry machine). Everything works flawlessly, and the plumbing is in ideal condition.The highlight of the apartment is definitely the balcony. The views, both during the day and in the evening, are simply breathtaking.The host is an incredibly kind and helpful person. Due to a major force majeure — my wife’s flight was delayed by 10 hours — we had an extremely late check-in at 5:00 AM. The host was deeply understanding of our situation, stayed in touch with us the entire time, and even allowed us to pay the next day so we could rest and change currency without stress. He was also very attentive, constantly sending updated QR codes for the elevator access without any delays.10/10 experience! We would love to come back.

As a minor note for future guests: since the building is very new, some finishing works might still be happening around. However, if you don't plan to stay indoors 24/7 and just need a great place to comfortably spend the night, enjoy the morning views over breakfast, and relax in the evening, this completely covers any minor inconveniences of a new building.

Facilities are maintained and working.

Since it is a smart residence, the owner of flat controls the water, internet and the QR code generator for the elevator. The owner did not give the accurate QR code twice during my stay when I needed it the most (going early for my guided tour and when I was leaving for my flight back home) and the check out was in 11 am but the owner turned off the internet access around 9 am. That is not what I paid for. Also, when I booked a group tour and I informed him the night before about it, the next day on the day that I had to wake up early the QR code is not working and there is no water so I had to call him for it and he turned on the water but it was so inconvenient because I had to use my drinking water to use it after I am done with using the toilet! So this property has pros and cons, it is new and updated but on the other hand, if the owner is not in his right mind the guest could have lots of inconveniences despite the beauty of the property. For me, what matters more is the treatment of the people to its guests especially tourists since I was there to experience Georgia but I would not highly recommend this property.
