Beautiful hotel room with nice breakfast next to a 24/7 store. Always clean and cosy. The owner only speaks Russian, but we had no problem, thanks to Google Translator. Stayed for almost 2 months with no regrets.

I had an amazing month-long stay here and would absolutely recommend it. The hotel itself is very small, but comfortable and clean. Kete, who runs the place is kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything you might need; goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels welcome and taken care of. The breakfast there deserves a special mention—it’s absolutely fantastic. There’s a great variety, everything is fresh, and it was something I looked forward to every morning. The overall atmosphere of the place is warm and friendly, which made my longer stay especially enjoyable.

There were a couple of minor issues like thin walls, so occasionally noise from other guests can be heard. Additionally, there were a few instances where the hot water wasn’t running, which was a bit annoying. However, it didn’t significantly impact the overall experience.

Очень радушная хозяйка. Отличные завтраки формата английско-грузинского. Голодным не уйдете. Отель не в центре, но очень близко. Учитывая доступность грузинского такси, до центра можно добраться буквально за 2 доллара и 5-7 минут. В 100 метрах от отеля находится большой супермаркет формата 24/7. В номере чайник, холодильник, на этаже кулер с водой. Отличный вайфай.
