The apartment is located on the first floor of a modern four-story building and is easily accessible via an elevator, making it barrier-free. From here, both the picturesque harbor and the nearby beach—just about 210 meters away—are within easy walking distance. All of the town’s central amenities—such as restaurants (120 m), shopping (500 m), banks, doctors, and the train station (2,900 m)—are conveniently nearby.
The spacious, open-concept living room flows seamlessly into the dining area and a fully equipped, open kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows create a bright and welcoming atmosphere, while privacy screens on all windows ensure your privacy. You can relax on a comfortable sofa (sofa bed) and a separate armchair while watching the modern TV—a total of three televisions are available.
