With 99 m² of space, the apartment offers generous living comfort for up to four people and, thanks to its open and well-thought-out layout, is ideal for families, couples, or small groups. With two bedrooms featuring blackout curtains and a total of three rooms, you’ll have plenty of space for a relaxing stay.

In the living area, you’ll find a comfortable sofa corner (sofa bed) with an adjacent dining area, harmoniously connected by the open layout of the modern kitchen.
