The Portside Apartment 2.4 welcomes you to a central location in Büsum. This spacious 97 m² apartment offers modern living comfort for up to four people and is ideal for couples, families, or small groups who value high-quality amenities and an excellent location.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator—ensuring convenient and barrier-free access. There are three rooms in total, including two separate bedrooms with blackout curtains. The bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, and the guest restroom ensure the highest level of comfort. The modern kitchen is open to the living area and equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, and a microwave—all kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware are provided for your use. A dining table invites you to enjoy meals together.
In the bright living room, you’ll find a comfortable sofa area (sofa bed), an armchair, and a total of three TVs for individual entertainment options. Wi-Fi and internet access are, of course, available. The apartment has its own washer and dryer for your use, which is especially appreciated during longer stays. Privacy screens on all windows ensure your privacy.
As a special touch, Portside Apartment 2.4 offers its own sauna, available exclusively for your use. After an eventful day, this is the perfect place to relax and recharge.
The balcony offers views of the surrounding area and provides a pleasant outdoor retreat on warm days. A garage parking space is available for your vehicle.
