This modern apartment is located on the first floor of a four-story building and is easily accessible via an elevator. Its excellent location at the harbor puts numerous amenities for daily needs, as well as leisure and recreational opportunities, within walking distance. The beach and the sea are just 210 meters away, while the town center is only 140 meters away. Restaurants are 120 meters away, and shopping options as well as a supermarket are just 500 meters away. A golf course is also easily accessible, located 6.8 kilometers away.
