No stays longer than 2 weeks at this property. 57 Cockpit Hil consists of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, air fryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, kettle and toaster, a living/dining room with a Smart TV and electric stove, and a first-floor snug. The bedrooms consist of a king-size (zip/link can be twin on request) and a double, along with a bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden patio with furniture and roadside parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with an additional public car park nearby. Within 1.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub and a lake, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, and a travel cot is available on request, and two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Monday-Friday check-in restriction. Note: There is a good housekeeping bond of 250GBP on this property.
